References Increase has established a business unit in Kenya for a software company in the Netherlands. This consists of writing a business plan with an estimate of income and expenditure, recruitment of personnel, letting an office, setting up the administration etc. A young entrepreneur is assisted by writing a business plan and in attracting clients. Increase has been active in the financial administration of a construction company. Next to keeping the administration running, it ensures that a new employee has mastered her job description (job induction). Finally it examines and reports the opportunities for further improvement of the administration. Increase established a horticultural farm in Kenya. Activities involved were writing a business plan and working the plan out in practice. Purchasing land, setting up an administration, recruitment, export, import, realizing a quarantine area, etc. were all part of the project. |
